Simple Pleasures. Mmm.

Yes, we're all busy. Yes, it's ridiculously easy to get stressed. But should we let that get in the way of life? No. Absolutely not.

Honestly, it does not take a lot to get super excited about the little pleasures we encounter on a daily basis. Heck, today, I practically blew a fuse I was so excited- just because I had my FIRST EVER bagel with cream cheese. Goodness knows what's been keeping us apart for so many years (the bagel and I), but for some reason I'd never had one before. Good GOD! Bagels and cream cheese are delicious! Refreshing, but rich. Smooth but fluffy. Sharp but grounding. Boy, who ever thought such a simple snack would make me feel so ALIVE!!!

Oh, look at me. Living the high life.
